A one-time $35 enrollment fee applies to all memberships.

There are no contracts with insurance companies, so your care decisions stay between you and your provider.

Memberships do not include medications, outside labs, imaging, or specialist services. We will work with you to keep those costs as low as possible.

Medical weight loss program

Your monthly price depends on your tirzepatide dose and includes a 4-week vial plus your monthly check-in visit. Most people start at 2.5 mg and increase gradually as their provider recommends.

Every patient starts with a medical evaluation. Medication is prescribed only when it is safe and appropriate for you.

Members save $30 a month on weight loss

Any member can add the weight loss program for $30 less each month than the regular price. You pay your membership plus the member price for your dose, which includes your 4-week vial and monthly check-in.

For example, an adult age 30–49 on 5 mg pays $129 + $210 = $339 a month. Your price moves with your dose, so you always pay the member rate for the dose you are on.

Common questions

Do I need insurance?

No. All plans are self-pay, with prices listed up front.

What if weight loss medication isn't right for me?

You can still join as a member. Your provider will talk with you about other options for reaching your goals.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can add weight loss to your membership, or change plans, at any time. You must commit to 3 months, and you need 30 days' written notice to change plans.
